All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping within Canada. Shipping rates for other locations will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow time for tracking information to update.

Delays
AETHERFIT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
AETHERFIT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
